Collegium headed by the Chief Justice of India Justice B.R Gavai recommends on Monday Justice. NJ Anjaria, Vijay Bishnoi, and Atul S. Chandrukar as the Judges at the Supreme Court of India,
Justice NV Anjaria - currently the CJ of the Karnataka High Court (parent High Court - Gujarat)
Justice Vijay Bishnoi - currently the CJ of the Gauhati High Court (parent High Court - Rajasthan);
Justice Atul S Chandurkar - judge at the Bombay High Court.
After the retirement of Justice former Chief Justice of India Sanjeev Khanna, Justice Abhay S Oka and Justice Bela Trivedi the Apex Court is Currently functioning with the strength of 31 Judges, so as if the recent recommendations get approved, the Court will operate with its full strength of 34 Judges.
